Administered complex client, vendor and subcontract contracts Assisting in preparing judicial opinions, conducted legal research on case law Assisting with litigation document production Assisting with over 100 contracts drafting Prepared legal pleadings, discovery, stipulations and claims Provided legal advice on issues that arises from anticipated lawsuits

(i) Drafting any Rental, Sale-Purchase Subcontract, Rendering Services Agreements, International Commercial agreements or other special agreements on request including providing legal advise in regard with their legacy; (ii) Drafting any corporate documents required by law, including performance of their registration to local Trade Registry; (iii)Drafting any legal documents, legal opinions or legal reviews and reports on request under tight deadlines;

(i) Legal representation in front of all Romanian jurisdictional entities and of all Romanian Courts of Justice (less Romanian Supreme Court while acting as Definitive Lawyer) including legal proceedings of recourse or appeal;(ii) Drafting any special and corporate documents for the special purpose of their registration to Trade Registry; (iii) Drafting any legal documents, legal opinions or legal reviews and reports on request under tight deadlines;(iv)Drafting any rental, credit, commodate, sale purchase,

(i) Legal representation in front of all Romanian jurisdictional entities and of all Romanian Courts of Justice (registering summons, studying files in Court, paying judicial taxes etc), including all legal proceeding of recourse or appeal; In order to fulfill this main task, I had to follow all the required proceedings against the defendant or the plaintiff, to keep tracking of court hearings, to draft all legal necessary documents and to attend all court hearings; (ii) recovery of debts and bancruptcy
