10 years of experience in Computer Aided Design working as Senior Design Engineer in Passenger commercial Seating in sheet metal and complete seat design, proficient in CATIA V5 Good work exposure to Product Design and knowledge on manufacturing process, material selection. Good work exposure in Change Management, Communication with Prototype team, Requirements team, FEA team and Dimensional analysis team, testing team. Create Assemblies with Advanced Kinematic studies, Part Drawings, Assembly drawings, Explosion Drawings and ATR drawings along with good knowledge of GD and T. Very good understanding and experience in seating using ECE Regulations and Safety layouts. Very good at hand calculations, problem solving tools, stack up analysis and reading FEA reports. Excellent understanding of PLUS, DFMEA and JIT ASSEMBLY LINE. Leading team of 3 members for the current project. Co-coordinating with off shore team and conducting regular meetings to check for the status of the project.
