Currently involved on the implementation and operations support for Sphere WMS' customers located mainly in the USA and Mexico, covering all phases of the Warehouse Management from Receiving, Storage, Shipping, Billing and Integrations to other platforms. I am also a technical resource with knowledge of the system's backend and able to help our users from that perspective too. I am familiar with multiple other platforms such SAP and JD Edwards from both technical and functional points of view. Fluent in English and Spanish, currently learning the Portuguese (Portugal) language.
