Participation in trainings, especially regarding Compliance-related matters; analysis of laws, regulations and regulatory acts, in order to establish their possible applicability to the Bank's departments; support to the Compliance Department in procedures related to internal controls; support to the Legal Department in elaborating a variety of documents, such as corporate acts, contracts, policies, guidelines etc.; and support to other departments in procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements.

Elaboration and review of drafts of corporate acts and contracts; support to partners and lawyers of the Corporate Law Department, as well as to those of other departments, in a variety of procedures before Public Registries, Boards of Trade, Brazilian Federal Revenue Office, Central Bank of Brazil etc.; support to partners and lawyers of the Corporate Law Department in corporate transactions, as well as in meetings and understandings with clients; and doctrine and jurisprudence research.

Elaboration of drafts of court decisions and doctrine and jurisprudence research.

Proofreading of contract drafts, as well as of and their respective versions in other languages; documentation analysis, covering contractual/legal issues, in corporate audits (under the supervision of partners and lawyers of the Law Firm's Contracts Department); elaboration of translations of contractual drafts, clauses and conditions, as well as of further documents, to Portuguese, Spanish and/or English; and doctrine and jurisprudence research.
