Direct Reports: 7 Responsible for 3 business areas: • Global Procurement: 3 bln$ spend (direct & indirect); >150 people worldwide; • Product Cost: controlling and reporting for standard costs, pre-calculation, business cases, strategic projects; • Plant Paderborn: >700 employees; >600 mln$ volume.

Managing team of 14 people - 10 project buyers: Germany (6), Singapore (2) and US (2); - 4 tools buyers: Germany (2), Singapore (1) and US (1). Reporting to CPO. Member of the global Procurement management team. Responsible for NPI process within Procurement.

Complete creation and set up of Project Purchasing team and processes. Managing 8 people: 6 senior project managers in 3 different locations (2 in Paderborn - Germany, 1 in Berlin - Germany, 3 in Singapore) and 2 operative buyers (Ilmenau). Leadership of special projects: carve out, outsourcing, restructuring, international partnerships.

OUTSOURCING Spend 40-50 mln€ Complex mechatronic modules outsourcing to major Asian EMS (Contract Manufacturer). New strategy implementation, contract negotiations and integration of commodity managers´team into new supply chain. CARD READERs Spend: 14 mln€. Global responsibility for strategy definition and new contracts negotiations.

Leading a team of 2 experienced buyers. Primary & Secondary distribution; Freight & Warehouse; Ocean; Contact center; more than 200 mio € spending

Leading a cross functional and multinational team -11 people - in order to bring a new appliance into the market. Project leader for a new Product: responsible for full product life cycle (from R&D to sales and marketing) For the same project, I maintained responsibility for Procurement activities too.

Part of the steering committee, procurement project manager manage and coordinate the whole procurement team to reach project targets (product cost, capital expenditure, supply base reduction, timing, quality). New product is produced in France,. Project highlights: 3 years development; 15 mln € investments; new plant layout, complete new platform – no carry over.

Commodities under responsibility: Aluminium die casting, Counterweights and Metal stamping. Portfolio: 60 mln €. Role in Central procurement covers also coordination of the Local Buyers in the 4 different factories. Responsible for the Fabric Care Strategy and Planning dept. managing 2 people.

Responsible for sales and business development in European (Germany, Sweden, UK, Russia) and Asian (Japan, South Korea, Malaysia) markets.
