My earliest memory of "working" in our family business is weighing various Nuts and Bolts in the warehouse. I have always been passionately curious about the inner workings of a Manufacturing Plant. At Bartakke Electrofab Pvt. Ltd, we manufacture a wide range of Standard and Customized Enclosures in Mild & Stainless Steel. We are well known in India for our Innovative Designs and New Product Development, as confirmed by our first patent. My first assignment was to develop an overseas market for our Enclosures. We primarily targeted the Middle East and European Markets. To achieve this goal, I did the following - 1) Create a Strong Brand Image for our Company through the Website and Social Media Campaign. 2) Exhibit our Products at International Trade Shows - Hannover Messe, Germany; Middle East Electricity, Dubai; Subcon, UK; ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi; Canada Gas & LNG Exhibition and Conference, Vancouver 3) Making regular visits to Companies around the world to cultivate secure Partnerships
