Working Language : German & English Automatic Shifter projects for different OEMs. Part of my job is, to design schematic designs according to ISO26262, follow the ASPICE process and creating FMEDA and HSI. Second part of my role is to coordinate with different teams and outsourcing work packages. Communicate with part manufacturers, customers and carry out reviews. Third part of role is to prepare basic integration tests and support in HW tests including EMC, Electrical Tests, ESD.

Master Theis Titel : Methodology for comparative measurement of Electromagnetic Emission from Power MOSFETs and IGBTS. Working language : German Reason for the thesis was have better understanding of the Power MOSFETs and IGBTs EMC behaviour and define the grey area for better Emissions in comparison to Switching Frequency and Voltage. To check which factors can have different effects on Emission.
Working Position : Intern Working language : German The internship was focused on to carry out EMC emission measurements and create suitable filters to measure the frequency response for DC/DC converters for Automatice applications and to plot the bode diagram of Filter behaviour.
