Responsibility of the certification of Known Suppliers of Airport Supplies at Zurich Airport. Leading and coordinating the superior Dangerous Goods process at Zurich Airport, including chairing of Working Group and stakeholder management.

Corporate accountability for the implementation and sustainability of the global IMS Framework, including SMS and QMS, for dnata Switzerland. Ensuring and building on Safety First culture and managing actively the dnata Safety and Security Program and reporting to the head office in Dubai. Liaising, collaborating and networking with SUVA, FOCA, etc. Acting as a safety & security advisor, trainer and inspector. Advising local and executive management. Functional management of the Quality department for QMA.

Improvements to safety policy and directing the implementation of procedures. Development of the SMS to ensure safety processes are integrated into operational procedures. Ensure safety management standards are aligned to best practice and global standards. Develop safety enabling systems to establish a Centre of Excellence. Manage investigations such as SIF incidents and a/c damages. Communication of safety KPIs to executive management. Review of SLAs, SOPs and WIs to ensure HIRAC is managed.

Delivery of a major safety culture program throughout the dnata organization. Implementation of a behavior based safety process within all dnata businesses. Identify and evaluate safety hazards and issues, work with local management teams to implement safety improvement initiatives and provide training sessions and presentations for groups of 10 to 100 participants. Set up and support of other safety initiatives.

Project Leader for the installation of the de‐icing organization at Zurich Airport. Participation and representation of dnata Switzerland in several meetings with stakeholders. Recruitment of staff body in cooperation with Human Resources. Operational leadership of de‐icing staff in cooperation with de‐icing instructor.

Implementation and monitoring of the Service Delivery Assurance Program in all departments of the Airline Handling Zurich. Analysis of processes and internal and external business interfaces. Analysis of daily operational reporting and quality key performance indicators. Execution of internal quality control activities and audits. Operationally single entry point of contact for selected customers at Zurich Airport.

Weight & balance, flight preparation, production of load sheets and load plans for flight crews. Flight crew briefing and tarmac transportation to / from aircraft.

Analysis of processes within ramp department. Development of quality measurement tools for ramp department. Member of the quality assurance organization Zurich and participation in quality‐related meetings.
