Summer jobs at the Austrian Red Cross. Mainly responsible for rescue and emergency medical services including driving the ambulance car, thereby responsible for the entire organisation, communication, marketing and medical treatments of all passengers of the ambulance car. Unexpected and diverse working situations made me sensitive to be flexible, work well in stressful situations and adapt to changes in daily life situations. Full time employed during summer months in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.

10 month project for the start-up company GroupLeader, responsible for establishing a data base with information on European hotels, resorts, golf courses and registered coach companies. I coordinated the project and managed the preliminary results received from team members. Additionally, I was responsible for the project budgeting and the supervision of team members throughout the entire project period.

Operations (3 months): I was involved in the ticketing process of holidays including the critical examination of all holiday components, the detailed and accurate designing of complex itineraries as well as the constant communication with ground agents and suppliers ensuring a high-level of quality of all provided services. Product Development (3 months): I worked as Product Coordinator responsible for a number of administrative and research tasks.

First working experiences abroad in Switzerland to get a better understanding of the the international tourism industry. During the internship I worked in all departments of the hotel, including hotel bar, restaurant, reception, cuisine and housekeeping. By doing so I was able to get a better understanding of the importance of each department for a hotel and of the complexity of the hotel industry.

An der Schnittstelle von IT, Recht und Management setzt man sich mit neuen rechtlichen Herausforderungen auseinander, die mit der Zunahme von IKTs verbunden sind. Dabei beschäftigt man sich u.a. mit Vertragsrecht, Softwarelizenzen, E-Business, Datenschutz bis hin zum Medienrecht.
