Perform in-depth spend analysis for non-compliant vendors Calibrate with main stakeholders on the best approach to onboarding vendors to the compliance policy Perform "Soft Rejection" for non-compliant invoices above an agreed threshold. Handle purchases within the tactical buying scope and spend threshold (10K-150K USD) for the Zurich Group in Germany. Act as a contract SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between the Zurich legal department and business stakeholders. Process trainer for the Zurich Germany & Austria Procurement Operations teams. Identified missed potential spend and managed to achieve 400% savings target within the first year.
