Hi. I'm an Android developer since 2012, developer since 2006. I'm experienced in designing and building advanced applications for Android platform as well as Web. Can't imagine my work process without code review which is required to be aware of what is going on with a project and codebase, and also makes a good impact on reducing code repeating and code smell. I appreciate the social side of work process as well, the benefits of _short_ everyday standups with updates from each team member can't be overestimated. And it's always nice to have a small talk and get a good mood for the rest of the day by a couple of jokes. Since development isn't only coding I realize how important it is to have retrospectives, make refinements and negotiate with backend guys and product owners in order to make right decisions creating complex system. I like Java, but I love Kotlin.
