As a Product Owner I successfully worked on establishing the Scrum process and was helping the Team to build Facility Management software - CAFM Allplan Allfa.

As a Certified Scrum Product Owner I work with an amazing team of talented engineers at Spreadshirt to build and ship software products that enable the whole our business to fulfill (manufacture and deliver) orders to millions of our customers globally. Our software runs on all our 5 factories in Germany, USA, Poland and Czech Republic.

Currently working on the personal project to create a software product on the basis of SAP BI reporting tool to help GISA consultants advice their customers (mainly utility companies) on how to improve Purchasing and Inventory Management processes on the basis of KPIs.

Product Department: Worked on the initial concept of the new video lecturing mobile application. Performed competitive analysis, created personas and user stories, determined features and prioritized them, created mockups. R&D Department: Evaluated technical and financial impact on the existing infrastructure based on Amazon S3 video streaming technologies and Encoding.com service in relation to the new mobile application launch.

Presented the company and its services to potential customers, negotiated with partners, worked on company’s market positioning. Established quality assurance processes. Supervised a team of engineers and a UI designer to build an on-line B2B trading platform for one of our customers.

Defined a project scope to build a large procurement, inventory management and sales system for a retail network. Elicited initial software requirements and defined use cases. Worked with a software architect to translate requirements into functional specification. Acted as a subject matter expert and a Product Owner for the Agile development team. Conducted user training sessions.

Defined and structured company's value proposition. Created marketing collaterals. Systematized all of the company's past and existing projects. Generated sales leads. Created project proposals. Worked on the concept of the company's first "off-the-shelf" mobile application for emergency communication.

Worked on the large web-based electronic procurement system for construction and social care industries. Was a lead developer and supervised a team of engineers and business analysts.

Designed and developed modules of interbank financial information transmission software as a part of the national Real-time Gross Settlement System.
