From April 2014 I am working in an Issue Resolution Team. My job here is to solve problems with invoices, invoice postings, payments, etc. for my region, NEE excluding Finland. In the team I am responsible for Account Payable. My daily tasks include: monitoring vendor accounts, handling issues regarding them and payments, vendor statement reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, reporting, co-operating with local FSS colleagues and vendors.

Processing of supplier invoices from MEA region. As the responsible person I had to process all invoices from my company codes, give support to other colleagues about these companes and solve some minor issues. I had some reports for which I was responsible to fill. When the invoice processing was taken to India I participated in training foreign colleagues and monitoring their progress.

Management and analysis of logistic complaints. I was resonsible for delivery issues for the whole process - from determining responsibility to insurance handling. During this I had to liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers and other participants. Besides this I also aprticipated in other logistic complaint solving acivities.
