My responsibilities were: - Customer support - Implementation of the most complex and high visibility network changes - Troubleshooting of various technologies (LAN/WAN and circuit issues(Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM),..) - Updating documentation and internal databases - New site installations and communication with field engineers - Creating processes for MACD implementation team - Deputy Team Leader - Focal point for a dedicated customer - To be a technical and process knowledge resource in the team
