Petr Podany

I am the Swiss Head of Technology at Capco. In this role I focus on technology-driven transformations as well as innovative business and sourcing models, supporting our clients and partners on their digital journey. My responsibilities include managing client relationships, sales, delivery and alliance relationships across our technology offerings. Prior to this I worked at IBM and it’s spin-off Kyndryl holding a number of leadership positions in consulting and sales. I specialize in delivering technology and business change programs in the financial services industry. With more than 25 years of experience, I have handled large-scale pro-gram management, technology delivery and outsourcing projects, namely in the context of core banking and IT infrastructure transformations. I hold a degree in Business and Information Technology from Zürich University. In my spare time, I enjoy cycling, kayaking and skiing and have a keen interest in jazz, vinyl records and philosophy.
