Leading an 8-headed engineering & quality team teams consists of electrical, mechanical and quality engineers. That needs define of headcounts and planning of resources and besides to that an individual promotion and enhancement of the employees. Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the big product portfolio consist of medium voltage frequency converters for driving motors on the one hand and feeding energy into the grid on the other hand.

Functional leadership of an engineering and quality team. Responsible for new development projects to include new marked requirements into the product portfolio to be competitive for upcoming projects. Product optimization regarding the product cost under consideration the whole value chain from the development to the end of lifetime and implementation of new functionalities on time.

Close collaboration with customers during development of new applications to realize new projects especially in the European & Asian market. Implementation of developed solutions together with customers during commissioning of prototypes. Modularize a medium voltage converter design with focusing on cost optimization under considering keeping the same functionality and quality. During development of 9 month, we achieved manufacturing cost savings of more than 35%.

Design engineering for plant engineering and constructions (conveying systems filter plants or ship unloader stations) including tender preparation and planning of control systems. Develop and provide customized solutions and deliver documentation (electrical schematic, part lists and technical descriptions) for manufacturing and commissioning of the drives.
