Legacy transformation through SOA implementation. Development of new unified Operational Data Store along with a Data Integration platform based on Informatica 9. Design and implementation of Enterprise Technical Reference Architecture.

Working in Pharma Development Global business function. Consolidation of EA practices (community, methods, focus) and setup of proper Governance. Focusing IT architecture strategy around Information Management and Information-as-a-Service operational concept (Canonical Model). IaaS delivered substantial business value by reducing time to deliver, increasing reuse and lowering maintenance costs. Technology agnostic, it has been successfully implemented on top of Oracle SOA /AIA platform as well as SAP PI/XI
