Pierric Ellena

Pierric Ellena graduated in engineering automation from EIPC (called EILCO today). After 2 industrial experiences as student in Germany (SIEMENS AG and Robert Bosch GmbH), he started his career in the automotive industry of the Bosch group in 2000 as Software Developper for the ESP- and Diesel ECU. Thanks to communication and intercultural skills he promoted as platform software integration responsible for the application software layout, and from 2013 as Scrum Master in this same team. He joined 2016 the autonomous driving department responsible for the VMPS and LiDAR at BOSCH to share and to bring his experience as Scrum Master in international team (China-Hungary-Germany-Portugal). Certified SAFe Scrum Master (2017), SAFe Product Owner (2018), and SAFe Program Consultant (2019), he took over (2020) the agile transformation for the project customer group AUDI-VW to install an agile organisation before to join the Business Digital Organisation of Bosch Powertrain Solutions (2022).
