Dashboard making for all projects based on industry KPI has done, as well as DFD and RACI. Knowledge management are structured and implemented. Control account, chart, WBS, RBS based on PMIS tools and techniques, between HR, Finance, Projects, Administration depts is designed and shared. Initiation, planning, execution, control and closure process groups are defined and enhanced during continuous improvements process in PMIS. During phase 4-7 of MTNi project, we convert business targets to baseline for freezing, based on time, cost and scope. Project status and progress evaluated through that, as monthly bases. Deviations analyzed and clarified by our team and presented to higher management accordingly.
