• Analysis of daily stock level of goods and assigning position in a team of 18 members. • Space optimisation through assigning location, movement and storage of inventory at warehouse. • Document the flow of goods by means of scanning and updating it on SAP warehouse management system. • Real time categorization of goods on the basis of weight, destination and delivery time. • Inspection of products after packaging and coordinate with distribution department for proper dispatch of goods.

• Investigate and source new equipments, materials and supplies on an as needed basis. • Perform research and designed various manufacturing processes that helped in reducing cost and time. • Studying operation sequence, material flow, functional statement, organizational charts and project information to determine worker functions and responsibility. • implement quality standards such as ISO/TS 16949:2009 and support organisational acticities through presentations,

• Develop production processes for new products, product enhancement and product changes. • Installation of tool and related fixtures on the basis of product and operation to be performed. • Team management and instruct manufacturing operations, sequence required for completion of product. • Determine the resources [time, money, equipment, etc.] required to complete manufacturing of batch. • Enhance productivity though monitoring production sequence, ensure minimum rejection and rework of machining.
