Funding & liquidity solutions including long/short financing, debt capital market for public issuance & private placement. 3. Sophisticated understanding for China onshore CNY and offshore CNH market, as well as PBoC monetary policy. 4. Good experience in FX/interest hedging tactics for different derivative tools and hedge accounting policy practice under IFRS9 and LuxGAP. 5. Good at team management, work allocation, project management, and effective schedule administration. 6. Great intercultural communicator for both internally across the teams and externally marketing activities to clients.
