- New EcoSport Instrument Panel System Engineer leading team in system activities (Product Structure inside engineering system, request for quotes, cost and timing) for all Instrument Panel commodities (Instrument Panel Substrate, Metallic Structure, Glove Box, Ducts, Air Vents and Plastic Appliques). - New Ka Brazil and India Program Design and Release Engineer for Instrument Panel Glove Box, Blow Molded Ducts and Air Vents.

- Working inside Dow Automotive as Continuous Improvement Engineer, responsible for engineering changes in Fascias, interior and exterior plastic parts, coordinating engineering changes and supporting Ford needs. Giving feasibilities for customer desired changes. Supporting quality and manufacturing improvement in injection process and painting.

- Product engineer for Instrument Panel Cockpit (such as Glove Box, Outlet Air Vents, Ducts, Painted Appliques and Metallic Structure) of EcoSport and Fiesta. Coordinating engineering team since concept definition until production, monitoring and reporting the development status to Customer management team. This includes the logistics of getting supplier components on time to support module build up, provide manufacturing feasibility and technical tooling support.
