    I have proposed a methodology for robots to localise any modern-day mobile device with the omnipresent, visible WiFi networks in a home-like environment. I have researched about fingerprinting techniques of RSSI of WiFi Access Points, studied the signal strength spreads, analysed various fingerprinting methodologies, proposed a ground-breaking clustering based localisation algorithm and a Monte-Carlo approach-based optimisation technique for the proposed localisation algorithm.
