Coordination with Onsite – offshore team.  Understanding the system Requirements  Analyze the port binding information  Generating the software requirements specification  Bilateral traceability  Categorize each requirement with respect to test methodology, implementation status, applicability of Mid and High camera.

Coordination with Onsite – offshore team.  Defining the process for Unit testing and QAC.  Preparing the project plan as well as Test plan.  Resolving the Technical/Deployment issues within the team.  Test plan review in compliance with SPICE.  Involved in Application test plan and Project test plan.

Planning, Scheduling, tracking and reporting the status.  Identifying the Risks and monitoring.  Client communication through mails/weekly calls.  Preparing the proposals.  Actively participated in Productivity improvements with-in the group.  Defining the process. Coordination with onsite – offshore team.  Involved in Internal quality audits.  Procurement of tool licenses.

Planning, Scheduling and organizing 15 members team.  Providing training for new team members.  Organizing the weekly calls with client  Coordination with onsite – offshore team.  Resolving Technical/Deployment issues within the team.  Review of Test Specs & Scripts.  Design for Functional Specifications  Tool Purchase/Management/Upgradation with regular Vendor interaction.  Tools used: Cantata++6.2A, Tasking-v3.0r3 and AllChange and Jenkins
