- Managing L2 incidents and problems for network & systems issues. - Handling the Change Management process. - Internal office Network troubleshooting, Cisco VPN creation, servers’ security and administration. - GPX datacenter Servers support, such as applying security patches and updates, research and identify solutions to H/W & S/W issues. - Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. - Providing technical support to the office employees, troubleshoot H/W & S/W issues if needed.

- ServiceDesk and Technical Support. - H/W troubleshooting. - Providing (MAC OS X + Windows) employees support for daily issues. - Systems Admin: Install, config., and troubleshoot existing servers (Windows Server) - (VMware vSphere 6.5) and config. H/W (HP ProLiant Rack Servers), and Network printers. - Backup, Restore for both physical servers & VMs using (Acronis – Veeam). - Configuring and monitoring (FortiGate UTMs – Cisco ASA Firewalls), NAS storage devices, wireless solution (Aruba - Apple APs).

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, via Phone, RDP or technical tickets. - Monitoring & fixing networking infrastructure problems at different sites , as an outsource engineer in weekly basis visits. - Systems Administration: Install, config., maintain and troubleshoot servers (Windows - VoIP servers), config. H/W, peripherals, NAS storages. - Network Installation. - Backup, Restore for both physical servers and employee’s computers. - Web Mastering & Shared Hosting Control Panels.
