I am working at TUV Rheinland Arabia for Saudi Aramco Project, as Mechanical Maintenance Specialist. I am responsible to deliver skills based trainings & hands on experience to Oil & Gas trainees (Aramco) on following modules:  Rigging and Lifting  Gaskets, packing and Seals  Bearings and Lubrication  Valves  Transmission System  Gearboxes  Turbines  Compressors  Pumps and Drivers  Alignment  Maintenance Techniques  Condition Based Monitoring Program  Reliability Engineering etc.

Responsible for health monitoring of rotary & stationary equipment which includes Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography & Acoustic Emission Testing etc. Root cause failure analysis Pro-active maintenance (Balancing of fans, blowers &, Laser Alignment of shafts) Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy. Lead and Assist in daily operations of rotary equipment including turbines, compressors, pumps etc.

Online condition monitoring of rotating equipment’s parameters includes vibration measurements, bearing temperature, shaft position & RPM Prepares inspection schedules and liaise with the execution team in implementing these schedules and tests. Assigns monitoring and vibration measurement duties to subordinate engineers and technologists for analysis/interprets the inspection data.
