Set up operations in Uganda: • Analyzed European Union external relations and programs dedicated to Uganda • In collaboration with two other members of the project team drew up four project proposals for the European Union funding of Ugandan institutions • Developed relationships and signed Memoranda of Understanding with various government bodies, non-governmental institutions and universities

• Carried out statutory audits of Operating Expenses, Bank& Cash, Income, and Cost of Sales for various audit clients in different business sectors • Responsible for dividends, stock splits and rights issue calculations • Assisted in the execution of the very first rights issue on the Uganda Securities Exchange.

• Supported the Vice President of commercial programmes in the updating of the: Interline Special Prorate agreements, General Sales Agency agreements as well as with the Pricing Scheme development

• Supported the e-marketing team in the drafting and loading of Sony banners on affiliate e-programs such as Kelkoo • Worked on the compilation of the search engine English keyword search for Sonystyle(then the Sony Europe E-commerce website) and placement of Sonystyle banners on all the web pages

• Supported the Senior Project Manager in the building a lead database for potential clients for the Regional BEGAN Satellite Terminal both in the Shipping and offshore sectors • Aided in the exploration of lead generation opportunities and the pre-qualification sales calls for the Regional BEGAN Satellite Terminal
