Create network traffic graphs using MRTG/Cacti/Netflow. Create network maps using OpManager/InterMapper. Generate traffic inspection reports using NetFlow. Provide with information and troubleshooting of routers and switches using PHP-Syslog-NG (recommended by CISCO) for Syslog messages. Deploy and implement CISCO Works LMS as well as CISCO MARS. Designated to represent UNAMID at the Private Cloud Computing project in UNESB in Entebbe.

Configuration and maintenance of high-end servers (IBM e series and HP Proliant series). General assessment and operation for LAN/WAN. MS Active Directory involvement consisting of defining requirements, OU management, policy design. Back-up operator, HP Data Protector. I have co-designed in-house Helpdesk application - ticketing software, with ability to track hardware maintenance, user-specific requirements and software history.

Main area of focus: providing assistance in ISP network administration, consisting of server monitoring, application troubleshooting and configuration, customer relationship management. Environment: Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN; MS Windows 9x/XP; Linux Fedora Core/Red Hat
