-Managed the pitching cycle end-to-end for projects ranging from go-to-market strategies, to competitive intelligence and information tracking, to strategy building based on primary and secondary research. -Won and delivered consultancy projects around the topics of operator transformation and mobile broadband in the Middle East, USA, Canada and China. -Provided strategic customised analysis in the technology and digital industries. Clients included operators, vendors and content providers.

-Created and managed a process to capture company's intellectual property and preserve it. -Designed and produced a reader friendly internal monthly magazine. -Created the satellite knowledge stream from scratch through participation in multiple projects.
