• Leads the engineering team for control and supervision of implemented systems • Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members • Supervision of maintenance workers ensuring that they follow the technical rules during the execution of works • Coordination with clients in all phases of construction of commercial units • Coordinating work performed by outside vendors • Follow-up of service contracts by contractors • Prepares the annual maintenance budget • Prepares periodic reports

• Manages the HVAC system; • Responsible for the Fire Protection system, periodically tests and evaluates; • Responsible for elevator/escalator, plans maintenance with the contractor; • Responsible for the hydraulic plant (sanitary pump/hot water plant); • Coordinates/plans all services/installation for mechanical systems; • Prepares manuals for maintenance of mechanical plants; • Monitors mechanical systems through BMS; • Staying in service and responding to emergency maintenance needs (on-call)
