In my role, I am responsible for E2E coordination of our BGM portfolio. Balance of Service Levels, Inventory and Costs. Annual Spend exceeding 40 Mio EUR, 99% service levels while reducing inventory and scraps (only 0.25% scrap). Phase-In of 1 product family, Phase-Out of 2 families.

Through process mapping (BPMN) and data analysis, identified logistical and procedure gaps to cut non-added value costs inside Roche Global Supply Chain.

Involved in different projects of the Continuous Improvement Roche initiative inside the Global Supply Chain, working mainly with VBA and BPM to support internal processes modifications.

At this Summer Job, I was part of the development team for a new production line, supplying the Mitsubishi electric harness operations. This experience allowed me to better work with process development, Lean and time-analysis, getting involved with several aspects of mass production applied to an automotive manufacturing company.

Coordinated the planning and budgeting of the entire extracurricular, being responsible for the management of ninety people through the 2014/2015 season. I dealt with the project management and the financial management as well, taking charge on the main issues for the season. • The team won 4 of 8 individual racing tests at the National Championship. • The team conquered the 1º place against 40 other universities at the 2015 National Championship.

Coordinated the sales planning and execution, orienting and training seven members on the sales operations, introducing new techniques and ensuring that the team goals were reached. During this time I was able to develop a strong relationship with a great number of companies and to improve my soft skills. • Increased the amount of sponsors. • Formula SAE financial income doubled.

Study on internationalization of companies, focusing on Czech/European companies expansion to the Brazilian (Mercosur) market. The work explains the main points of the local culture, tax system, credit availability and governmental regulation. • Paper published at an international journal.

Coursework included project management, macroeconomics, microeconomics, lean manufacturing, SLP, continuous improvement, 5S, logistics, statistics, financial investment and quality control.
