I am handling the recruitment for the 5 companies under the Retail Division of Sharaf Group.

Started my career in Executive Search in the Middle East in the construction sector progressing to oil & gas (upstream & downstream) and eventually leading 2 of the most prestigious governmental projects in Saudi Arabia. I am currently leading a team of recruiters specializing but not limited to healthcare, retail and commercial sectors. We are handling end-to-end recruitment solutions from sourcing to visa processing to expatriation of candidates.

First job in the UAE starting fresh in an entry level position as HR Coordinator where my remit was to source candidates for the construction sector. I was responsible for preparing job adverts for posting in the newspaper, receiving and shortlisting suitable candidates as per client’s requirements. Conducting telephone and personal interview before endorsing for client’s review and finally coordinating the interviews (telephonic or face-to-face).

Handled responsibilities encompassing all HR functions: Recruitment and deployment, Manpower planning, Supervised training and job induction of employees, Implementation of employee discipline, implementation of performance management program, Recruitment and employee relations budget planning, Compensation & benefits processing
