As Project Manager on a Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) project, managed the integration of a BAM product to provide the means to both track & trace orders within order management systems and provide monitoring capabilities of business critical processes. Responsibilities included managing scope, changes, supplier deliverables and supplier resources.

As integration team lead, developed and lead the webMethods development effort to integrate the Business & Operational Support Systems of three cable provider companies within a webMethods enabled EAI infrastructure.

As integration team lead, developed and lead on a variety of projects at Casema, a leading cable services provider in the Netherlands. These included leading the upgrade of the webMethods enabled EAI infrastructure and working as the primary developer on the Video on Demand (VOD) project .

Provided Quality Assurance for the changes made to the EAI Infrastructure during integration of E-Business Suite (eBS), collection of Oracle applications, and the Kenan Billing System. On completion of the implementation phase spent one year doing Production support managing the webMethods software.

As a Test Coordinator within the UMTS project which involved preparing the Sunrise Mediation platform for 3G Services including Video Calling, and Video Streaming undertook the testing of the changes made to the mediation platform which consisted of the Comptel AMD product.

As a Consultant, within the BSP (Business Service Portal) Project supported the development of the TIBCO Active Enterprise components used within the EAI Infrastructure these included InConcert, Business Process Manager (BPM), and Rendezvous.
