Expertly conducted preliminary structural design in development of post-tensioned flat plate floors for a large hotel and residential building located in Dubai.

Led a team of eight engineers and drafters on a rebranding effort for concrete design documents. Executed analysis, design and detailing of structures and structural components. Maintained established budgets and deadlines. Conducted site visits and quality control reviews to ensure success. Corresponded with all parties; initiated contacts and responded to inquiries from architects, contractors, and other vendors.

Collaborated with the Project Manager and Superintendent on a high profile job order contract in support of the United States Navy. Developed scopes of work, prepared comprehensive proposals, created schedules, and devised cost estimates. Procured and oversaw subcontractors.
