• Developed a Pharmaceutical Chatbot for the company to sell medicines. • The product has all the features of a Chatbot with functionality for users to place orders through chat only. • The product also has a dashboard for the operations team to manage orders. • Tool was developed using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, React.js and Google’s Dialogflow API for NLP.
