Co-leading the Finance & Treasury department in times of significant changes (build up of J&J shared service center & implementation of the SOX compliance Act), while forming a small team & establish a “state of the art” A/R, Cash Flow & Foreign Currency Hedging management.
Building up “state of the art” investment decision, closing -, forecasting – and management information processes while being the financial sparring partner of the chemical plant leadership team. - Established role and achieved integration into leadership team. - Achieved significant cost reductions by supporting the execution of Process Excellence projects, by growing the 60 MM$ generic API business & by developing strategic outsourcing capabilities.
