Werdegang
Berufserfahrung von Roberto Ghizzioli
As Product Owner of a multidisciplinary, 15+ members Agile Team (SAFe), I am responsible for defining, prioritizing, accepting and monitoring features of onsite and 1:1 marketing IT solutions at Swisscom.
Transversally to multiple online projects, I lead the activities of requirements gathering, working with different internal business stakeholders. I engineer the relative technical solutions and instruct several internal/external software providers and development teams for their realization. All the solutions are implemented following the Scrum methodology. Within the projects, I am also involved in writing testing scenarios, giving training sessions and support the solution rollout for public usage.
I coordinated customer projects with the goal of developing specific process-driven applications. In this situation, I managed the requirements, resources, budget and risks of the project. The development of the final IT solution was implemented by a Whitestein's team of analysts/developers/testers working in a near-shore center.
As part of the professional services team, I consulted and supported Whitestein's customers and partners how to best reflect their business requirements into process-driven applications where the Living Systems Process Suite (BPMS), a Whitestein's product, was used as underlying technology. My domain focus was on banking, finance and trading. I also gained experience in the manufacturing domain and in the public sector.

Additionally, I designed and prototyped an innovative solution for adaptive service management for mobile communications (Patent Nr. EP2018742).
