Giving brands the ability to target audience based on engagement level using a pre-bid engagement spectrum score across desktop, mobile and OTT. I began at DashBid as the CRO, built the revenue from near nothing to exceed $30M/year while building the team to 20+ and was asked to assume the CEO role in November of 2016.
