Built global developer/supplier of medical devices and advanced radiation therapy solutions by selling PencilBeam Technologies to C-Rad. - Developed distributor channels, as well as strategic partners and direct sales force. - Managed IPO; listed on the Nasdaq (OMXFirstNorth). - Adviser and integrator of the BioArtist advanced diagnostic treatment product. - Invented key technologies including US Patent US 7826593 "Collimator for radiotherapy systems" (2010).

Pioneered and established the 1st private cancer clinic for advanced radiation therapy in Northern Europe. - Managed all construction, operations, marketing, staffing (25), funding (private and IPOs), processes (ISO), negotiations (public&insurance companies and international), and P/L. - Successfully performed 1000s of patient treatments with highest level of patient care - Acquired Christina Clinic AB to bring in leading oncologists and secure regulatory approval for RayClinic operations.

- Managed Innovative Radiation Therapy Equipment Research Group at the VINNOVA Center. - Supervised and mentored several PhD and MSc candidates; directed seminar activities. - Directed corporate and university projects at the Karolinska Institutet Center of Excellence. - Speaker at high-level international research conferences in medicine and medical technology in North America and Europe. - Formed and co-founded several startup companies, including PencilBeam Technologies.

-Spearheaded development spin-off high-tech company from Karolinska Institutet, specializing in advanced radiation therapy equipment. Sold company in 2005 to C-Rad AB. - Won 3rd place for business plan Leonardo 2001 in Venture Cup Sweden 2001. - Awarded "Spin-off Company of the Year - 2001 nomination by Karolinska Institutet. - Managed&Developed the BioArtist concept and Secured funding from NUTEK, VINNOVA at the Center of Excellence of Karolinska Institutet and the EU 6th project framework BIOCARE.

Faculty senior researcher position at the department of Medical Radiation Physics, Karolinska Institutet. - Supervised several PhD and MSc candidates. Directed seminar activities. - Managed projects at the Center of Excellence (companies&university consortium) at Karolinska Institutet. - Coordinated work packages in different EU- research program consortia (companies&universities) - Collaborated extensively in an international environment.

Managed projects at Uppsala University Hospitals and The Svedberg Laboratory. Worked as assistant medical physicist and developer in the Swedish proton therapy team.Designed and constructed hardware and software for - a fast proton beam field scanner for eye melanomas. - overall check and confirm equipment. - fast homogeneous field check equipment. - the first prototype linear diode array for radiation field analyse. - a proton beam field scanner for brain malignancies.
