Acting as lead architect for the PostNL International Domain. Defining and promoting the domain architecture; business, information and technology architecture and giving directions to several projects. Thereby helping the business unit Cross Border Solutions with the transformation program to become a global e-commerce player.

Defining and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture for both the BSS and OSS layer, including the state transition architectures. Responsible for defining Project Start Architectures aligned with the Enterprise Architecture. Guiding the setup of a main business transition program (2014-2018) to transform the main business functions of Eurofiber.

My main focus was developing the baseline and target business, information systems and technology architecture for the IT solutions in the early stages of the business projects: a firmly laid foundation for the IT solution, ready for implementation. With that, the necessary conditions were created for successful realisation of the projects. Project size 50K to 3.000K.
