Coauthored plan to improve availability, consolidate/upgrade servers and establish consistent hardware/software standards to eliminate unstable, highly mixed operating environment. Installed redundant servers and led IaaS and virtualization effort that increased capacity and reduced costs.

  Maxi IT was my first startup which i founded as a university student. It taught me very much about the real world business. I have single handedly pushed the company to be a pioneer in the field of providing cost effective virtual servers & colocation space on the Slovak market. Before the friendly takeover by ComCraft, Maxi IT managed to obtain many customers and helped other startups to flourish.

My goal was not only to do a great job, but also to improve the then used processes and documentation. Sadly i could not complete my task as i was asked to join SolveDirect just a few months later.
