Started office in The Netherlands. Pioneered through the market and prove to have a positive P&L within 1 year. Responsible for operations including budget management, project management, and procurement. Align with international development team to ensure on-time deliverables. Role includes to meet regular with external and internal stakeholders. Note from December 1996 until June 2020 I worked for the same company under 4 different names caused by mergers / acquisitions.

Responsible for both planning and marketing for 2 mainstream products Multivox (IVR / announcement equipment) and Octopus (low-end ACD). Gathered requirements to create user requirements for roadmap development. Worked close with engineering to deliver the product (incl. packaging where applicable). Worked with (pre) sales for customer propositions, SME RFP responses, and price models. Setup of intelligence infrastructure incl. SWOT maintenance. Also created brochures with support from marketing agency.

Managed a team of 10+ persons implementing an ACD system (SOHO market). Build a roadmap with small product releases now known as agile development. Risk mitigation initiatives, progress meeting internally and with customer(s). Reporting to management.

Hardware - and software design and development supportive to the modular Group 2000 concept. Meetings with various hardware providers to select the components within budget.

Coding and testing of user interfaces and control software for oil refineries and warehouses. Software development, design and implementation of device drivers (PDP/VAX).

Coding and testing of control and user interface software for industrial installations.
