  I served in several companies as CEO and CTO in Taiwan, and in Austria. My strength is to serve my employees to fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers. I started to develop industrial robots, medical equipments and environment measurement equipments in Graz, Austria. 1990 I build up an ISP in Taipei and was member of the ISP association, TwNic and APNic. I served in J-Star as CTO and was involved in AI for "predicted quality control". pQC helped factories to avoid to assemble failure parts.
