Head Competence Center Offshoring IT Private Banking & IT Switzerland - Implementing the offshoring strategy for IT Private Banking & IT Switzerland: evaluation of vendors & locations, develop master agreements & operating model, negociate rates & large engagements, processes & tools, measure vendor performance , escalations and aligning with authorities (work permits for Switzerland) - Accountable for ~1 mCHF p.a. , Team of 4-5 experts - Efficiencies realized of ~100 mCHF p.a.
