• Performed Static and Fatigue analysis of main and tail rotor blades of rotorcrafts (S76D, S92, UH60M etc.) using Y004, CLPT, ANSYS17.1 and CATIA V5.0 • Helped to maintain USD500k structural substantiation of blades with Material Review Board (MRB) • Calculated blade retirement life using fight test data • Estimated BOE for UK60M ORI’s and all other blade models. • Complied with International Trade Compliance (ITC) regulations

• Successfully performed research on insect wing as part of Micro Autonomous Systems and Technology (MAST) program of sponsored by Army Research Laboratory (ARL) and Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) • Planned, designed, and performed Mechanical characterization of NC damselfly wing • Developed unique Microtension test and cantilever vibration test procedure to measure tensile strength, structural stiffness, air damping effect and modulus of micron size insect wing sample.

• Planned, prepared schedule & budget; worked with PP&C and executed overhauling repair maintenance projects. • Lead and managed a diverse team of 5 regular members regularly and 20 temporary members and communicated with vendors from Japan, Netherland and Austria. • Performed cost analysis, design and selection of materials and spare parts for maintenance and modification. SR, PR and spare part management was done by Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system SAP.
