Working within the Business recruiting team expanding Community Operations in EMEA.

- Providing end to end Experienced Hire recruitment support to Deloitte's Technology Consulting and Risk Advisory practices. - Planning, managing and executing recruitment strategies to enable to successfully source suitably talented and qualified employees from Analyst/ Consultant to Director level across a variety of specialisms, including: * Tech Advisory * Digital * Analytics * Systems Integration * Enterprise Applications * Cyber Security

- Providing recruitment support to areas of the business such as Projects (PMO), Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Business Performance, Finance, Marketing, HR and Primary Services. - Sourcing, screening and interviewing experienced candidates for specialised roles. - Maintaining strong stakeholder relations both internally and externally.

- Leading a team of 6 to interview, assess and select candidates for 700 vacancies for bSkyb's Sales and Service Contact Centre in Dublin.
