customer service by phone and mail, Training for Travel Agency employees, troubleshooting, creation of training materials and user guides, customer visits

travel consulting and composing over all travel components (packages, city, individual, round the world, flight only, etc.) packaging and margin calculation, store manager assistent (last 2 years), team management
