Sabrina Frech

After spending the last 15 years in the hospitality industry, working both at the hotel and then for hotels, I am delighted to have the opportunity using my knowledge and experience to make the very stressful hospitality work a bit more relaxed. Together with my husband, CEO of mySimpleClient GmbH and Etienne Gruber, co-founder of mySimpleClient GmbH, I am taking over the operational business, building customer relationships, implementing our solution. Everyday is a surprise and it feels wonderful to be part of it. I started in 2009 at Micros Fidelio as a consultant and trainer, helping hotels after new openings to get started with OPERA. In 2011 I transferred to the project management department and soon after, in 2013, I took the responsibility of the Austrian office. In 2015 Micros Fidelio got acquired through ORACLE. Since then I was responsible for projects dealing with our Major Accounts, including but not limited to Best Western, Kempinski, Rezidor, IHG and Hyatt.
