I was in charge of the trade-show and events team at SEAT S.A.’s Marketing Communication in Barcelona, Spain. Here, I was responsible for the brand’s appearance at international automobile fairs and the related trade show communication as well as for product launch events for clients and dealers of the Spanish car manufacturer. During the four years, I have spent at SEAT S.A., I also supported the brand’s entry into the Chinese market and the rollout of the new brand CI at trade shows and events.
• Responsible for organising, quoting, negotiating, coordinating corporate events with a capacity from 20-3000pax - Dealing directly with clients and suppliers on a daily basis. • I formed part of the SEAT – Volkswagen team and my main focus laid in coordinating automobile press presentations, automobile marketing premier events, press and Executive Comité groups for the main European motor shows. Providing excellent customer service to VIP clients, including the board of VW.
