I am the technical lead 3D Artist at Humanitarian Operation (a Non-Governmental Organization), which is a disaster relief agency dedicated to providing for the needs of victims. Our job here is to make education accessible to every child in the world, by creating and delivering educational video games. My duty here is to make sure that everybody in the 3D division (either character/asset artists or environment artist), executing low poly but detailed and smooth 3D meshes with zero error.
